The Moscow Museum of Modern Art and the Free Workshops School of Contemporary Art present the Biblio Nordica group project, dedicated to the phenomenon of the artist’s book. The exhibition is part of the MMOMA Young Art Support Program.

In the exposition, the viewer will be able to observe the creative expression of artists from Russia, Finland, Canada and Norway, who were assigned the theme "North" to create the book. This concept was revealed by the authors in any context, and in some cases it did not have a direct reflection in the book at all, nevertheless, it is present in all works, since the place of life of the involved artists is the North. Working on the idea, the authors managed to achieve a variety of forms and materials, proving that the uniqueness of the solution of the same task depends on the artist’s own vision, his culture, environment, family history and many other factors.
