“We live our own adventures every day. And what can we say about traveling to different countries. ” The artist Olya Yatsenko is very fond of visiting various places. She has counted dozens of trips to amazing corners of the world, including New Zealand, Mexico, Chile, Nepal, Easter Island, Iceland… “After traveling, I still have impressions and my vision of the places that I managed to visit. I want to share those emotions. And therefore I create my own stories in the pictures when I return from wanderings, ”says Olya.

At the exhibition in the art gallery will be presented a bright and romantic series of paintings, which creatively recreated the images of those places and countries that inspire the artist. And with the audience magic characters will communicate with the audience, who will lead and tell about the amazing and mysterious world.

The picturesque stories of Olya are interesting and understandable to both adults and children. Despite the enchanting nature of the images, the artist’s works are filled with depth and meaning, have a special purpose, which everyone will discover for himself in his own way. The artist is sure: when a person visualizes his own desire, sooner or later, a fairy tale story will come into real life. You just have to believe it! “Not much is needed to be happy. And if there are dreams, then they will certainly come true. Because there are magical places on the planet and wonderful moments in life. Very close to us. We ourselves create them, ”the author shares.

At the opening of the exhibition, a presentation of the author’s book “The Fifth Side of the World” will take place, which is a continuation of the story about magical puffies - heroes well familiar to the viewer from the work of Oli Yatsenko.

Olya Yatsenko was born and lives in Kiev. Higher education received at the Kiev National University of Construction and Architecture, specializing in architect-designer. She began to draw from 4 years old, and since then she cannot imagine life without the world of art and everything connected with it.

Olya is an artist and illustrator, author of the books “Night Adventure” and “Puffies. Diary of stories. " In addition to painting, part of his creative life is devoted to computer illustration and art. Among her copyright projects: art for computer games, Violet stickers for Viber. Her work with the unicorn was printed by the world famous New Yorker apparel brand in sweatshirts in 2017. Olya is the author of illustrations for a series of copyrighted books for children on the international Amazon resource. In addition, the artist creates designer toys and postcards.
