It combines the piano ensembles of Robert Schuman and Sergey Rachmaninov, as well as the contemporary composer Igor Reichelson, who is rightly called one of the leading contemporary neo-romantic composers. Igor Reichelson also began his career as a pianist and achieved recognition in this capacity in the fields of academic music and jazz. Among modern pianist composers, he stands out for his commitment to the best academic traditions and the ability to combine classical forms with a modern worldview, with the pulse and breath of our time.

The genre of musical offerings, despite the inevitably sad tone of loss, has always been very popular. Among these plays are many masterpieces included in the golden classical repertoire. The program of the evening was determined by two unusual offerings of Igor Reichelson: they are dedicated not only to the masters of the past, but to their specific compositions. His piano trio No. 1 appears in dialogue with the youthful “Elegistic Trio” No. 1 of Rachmaninoff, and the Piano Quartet in G Sharp Minor turned to a similar composition by Schumann.

The concert participants are new generation musicians who have brilliantly proven themselves in the chamber format. Violinist Mark Bushkov is called "a modern and versatile performer with a bright artistic personality", noted his "enchanting sense of sound combined with impeccable technique." The violinist Yekaterina Astashova is familiar to the Moscow public with her performance in vivid projects by Igor Butman and Yuri Bashmet, she has repeatedly participated in the author’s projects of Igor Raichelson. Altist Andrei Usov, soloist of the Moscow Soloists’ Chamber Ensemble, a participant in many famous festivals around the world, performing in chamber ensembles by such musicians as Yuri Bashmet, Natalia Gutman, Misha Maisky, Julian Rakhlin and many others.

One of the most outstanding cellists of his generation, Alexander Buzlov, is twice a laureate of the Tchaikovsky International Competition (2nd and 3rd Prizes, as well as a special prize), a sought-after soloist and chamber musician, performing at many prestigious European festivals. Among his partners in the scene are Marta Argerich, Leonidas Kavakos, Vadim Repin, Dmitry Sitkovetsky and many others. Pianist Konstantin Livshits is an outstanding musician, “undoubtedly one of the most highly gifted and powerful pianists of modern times”. He was repeatedly awarded the most flattering epithets by colleagues and critics; his game is called brilliant, exceptional, extraordinary, passionate, inspired by an unforgettable one. With solo programs and accompanied by an orchestra, he worked in the best halls of four continents, collaborated with many major orchestras, conductors and musicians of the world. Lecturer at the Higher School of Music in Lucerne, since 2004 he is also an Honorary Member of the Royal Academy of Music in London.
