The leading roles in the Koltsovsky Theater are performed by national artists of Russia Tamara Semenova and Anatoly Gladnev, honored artists of Russia Elena Gladysheva, Valery Blinov and Vyacheslav Zaitsev, played by the honored artist of the Voronezh region Vyacheslav Bukhtoyarov, actors Zhanna Brazhnikova, Pavel Govorov, Dmitry Zhukov and Vladimir Korchov Shirchenko.
