"Women in Art" - an exhibition of women artists of the Kuban opened in Krasnodar Automatic translate

KRASNODAR. “Women in Art” - an exhibition that opened in the exhibition hall of the Capital of the Krasnodar Territory, was the beginning of an art project. As part of this project, the tradition of holding an annual exhibition dedicated to the work of women artists is laid.

The first exhibition, presented to the public on March 7, gathered 70 artworks in the exhibition hall, sponsored by 24 talented artists living in the Kuban. Most of the works included in the exhibition were provided by the authors themselves. They were supplemented by paintings permanently stored in foundations and private collections.

Female images in art are represented in large numbers, but this exposition is special - its organizer collected works created by the hands of women in the exhibition hall. Painting and graphics, combined in the space of the exhibition hall, attracts the audience with its emotionality.

All works are created in various genres. The audience is presented with images of colorful landscapes, portraits, on which bright and sensual images come to life. The artists managed to convey in their works the depth of female nature, with its inherent variability. The works collected in the exposition are written not only in different genres, but also in styles.

At the exhibition you can see works representing academic and classical painting, and next to it are paintings written in a modern, slightly daring style. Many authors selected works to participate in the exhibition. created by them in the current year 2018.

The public interest was also aroused by previously unexposed works stored in the funds of the exhibition hall of the Krasnodar Territory. At the opening of the exhibition was attended by many of the artists - authors of works.
