On April 9, 2021, the Belyaevo gallery of the Moscow Exhibition Halls Association will open the Star Dreams exhibition, an international art project timed to coincide with the 60th anniversary of the first manned flight into space.
The project participants are using artistic means to explore the Cosmos as a bright symbol of the future, as a place of new habitat for earthlings, where incredible technologies are introduced and endless opportunities appear in science, technology - in all areas of human knowledge.
Bold ideas, artistic experience and experiments of the Russian avant-garde of the 20th century will become an important guide in revealing this difficult task for young artists.
Applications were accepted for the competition from creative studios and art schools in Moscow, Moscow region, Krasnoyarsk, Kaliningrad, Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Dagestan, Donetsk, Belarus, Bulgaria and Lithuania. Selected art projects will be exhibited at the Belyaevo Gallery. At the end of the exhibition-competition, the jury will evaluate the work, the winners will be awarded with diplomas and commemorative medals.
The annual exhibition-competition of children’s creativity stimulates and supports children’s groups working in the field of visual art, and also demonstrates the main creative achievements in project thinking as an innovative direction of children’s art education. The priority task is to present art projects, evaluate the best of them and thereby contribute to the development of children’s creativity.
