A modern person can no longer exist only within the narrow framework of individual being, he needs a process in which he is not a contemplator, but an active participant. And only in this capacity, especially if it is a gifted, creative person, it manifests itself and develops. Finding your way, calling, discovering your life destiny through art is very difficult. However, Russian artist from Norway Tate Olsen succeeded.
Tata works in a unique author’s technique, calling it "tactile, intuitive painting." Behind the art form there is an individual philosophy. The contemplation of nature, and then the embodiment of impressions in paintings, passes through the prism of the author’s inner experiences. The clots and influxes of the colorful layers, which look like cuts of semiprecious stone rocks, then spilling out volcanic lava, attract attention by the force of plastic and emotional effects. Olsen makes the transition to previously unknown genres, her work erases the boundaries between stream painting, photography, an art object. The latter gives reason to talk about a very special attitude of the author to the world - a living and extraordinary worldview.
The exhibition runs until December 18th.
Entrance to the exhibition is free for visitors.
