New Year’s work, the Vauxhall metropolitan art center will begin with the opening of a new, truly unique exhibition by Daria Vorobyeva, a member of the Creative Union of Russian Artists, entitled “Mysterious Landscapes of Russia”.
The exhibition will be based on more than 50 paintings made in mixed media. This is not only a trend in art, but also, as the artist says: “This is an opportunity to go beyond the borders, experiment and achieve maximum transmission of color, form and mood in each new painting. Applying simultaneously or alternately several different techniques in painting, I, as an artist, create the conditions for absolute creativity: I combine watercolors with oil, “seasoned” with sanguine, or vice versa briefly sketch “that very moment” with an acrylic pen. "
Mixed technique allows the artist to avoid a clear sequence, giving absolute freedom to emotions!
The main theme of the exhibition was “Mysterious Landscapes of Russia”, which have incredible energy and are an inexhaustible source of inspiration. In the paintings you can see various landscapes: these are small old streets, beautiful churches, bridges, unusual buildings and other interesting places of the cities of our country, immersed in the atmosphere of a fairy tale.
The exhibition "Mysterious Landscapes of Russia" is available for viewing from January 15, 2016. February 15, 2016 at the address: Riga square, house 1, building of the railway station, left entrance from the street, art center "Vauxhall".
