On August 6, 2015, at 16.00, the Kaluga Museum of Fine Arts opens the exhibition “The Theater and More… Artists of Theater, Cinema and Television of Moscow”.
This is a collective exhibition representing the contemporary art of scenography of drama, music and puppet theaters, theatrical costumes, the creation of art space in cinema and on television. The artists participating in the exhibition are united not only by similar principles of existence in art: active work with color and plastic, love of theater and cinema, honest, non-commercial attitude to their work, but also personal friendship. All of them have achieved a lot in their creative activity, their names are known in Russia and abroad.
Vladimir Soldatov is one of the creators and chief artist of the Moscow Drama Theater “SPHERE”. The author of scenography of more than 50 performances. Prize winner M.V. Lomonosov (gold medal). Member of the Moscow Union of Artists, member of the Union of Theater Workers of Russia. Honored Artist of Russia.
Ivan Milyaev is the chief artist of the Moscow Children’s Musical Theater Impromptu and the Tula Puppet Theater. Laureate of the prize named after V.A. Vatagin.
