Love Kuzmina filmed the usual 35mm film in Moscow. But instead of taking her to the developer, she sent her a mail to a photographer in America. He received the film and made on top of those pictures his own, that is, he exposed the film again.

It is impossible to predict what will result. You can agree on an approximate topic: the city, friends, inscriptions - but it is impossible to control the process itself.

The result of the joint work of Lyubov Kuzmina and Tom Roughton became Russian-American architectural sketches and walks around the city.

Lyubov Kuzmina and Tiffany Carson, who at the time of the shooting were in the city of Stirling (Scotland), got an interesting mixture of Russian-Scottish realities.

As a result, such images were obtained in which two countries intertwine, two visions of photographers merge, forming a certain symbol of interpenetration and unity, which was named RUSSIAMERICA.
