Exhibition of Maria Aristova "Sensation of Beauty" in the ARTMUSE Automatic translate
The exhibition of Maria Aristova is always an event. The upcoming exhibition is no exception.
“Different countries, different mentalities, different cultures, but everywhere, wherever I am, I meet the beauty… the beauty of small streets and big cities… the majestic beauty of the North and the passionate beauty of the South, and of course the mysterious world of the East… my painting is mine a look at the World… my sense of beauty… "
Maria Aristova
The already existing author’s style of the artist contains a unique combination of skillfully thought out composition, a special feeling of art space, a fresh palette of colors, decorativeness combined with the texture of the author’s technique.
The exhibition presents paintings from different series, different years.
Each picture is a specific “microworld” in which the city’s motifs are wonderfully intertwined with figures of people or animals. Architectural elements, sometimes in combination with the plastics of the female body, sometimes in addition to still life or being a self-contained composition, are present in almost all the works of the author.

Petersburg, in which Maria grew up and studied, left her mark on the canvases (series "My Petersburg"), but not only Petersburg, the canvases are filled with images of beautiful Italy (series "Taste of Italy") and other European cities. For example, in the Cat Travels series in the title picture Carnival, the heroes meet in Paris, the city of artists and musicians. Cats are friends, travel, fall in love, and somehow remind people.
Each series has its own color, its individuality, someone is prettier than positive cats with human faces, someone likes to plunge into the atmosphere of the Venice Carnival or touch antiquity (the series “Echoes of the Gods”), there is no doubt one, everyone will open for something new or find something related. Come, there is something to see!
