“Best Photos of Russia” is an all-Russian annual open project organized by the WINZAVOD Center for Contemporary Art with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, covering all regions of the country and brings together amateur and professional photographers, personal stories and significant events. The only condition for participation is that photographs should be taken in Russia from September 2015 to November 2016. The goal of the project is to reliably capture a year from the life of Russia in the most striking and extraordinary photographs. Last year, residents of different cities aged 16 to 82 took part in it, who sent about 30 thousand photographs. The international jury of the project: photographers, editors, cultural figures - selected the 300 best photos that will be presented at the exhibition in Kaliningrad. Including one winner from the Kaliningrad region Vitaly Nevar with a picture of “Battle Brotherhood”.

This year the exhibition has already been successfully held in Moscow and St. Petersburg, after Kaliningrad will go to Novosibirsk.
