Travel has always been thought to be the best way to discover the world. A city trip begins when a city dweller leaves his porch. And any city - with wide avenues and curved narrow streets, with magnificent panoramas and quiet cozy courtyards, with romantic promenades and industrial zones - can give this unique opportunity of knowledge to everyone who is able to observe and be surprised.

The artist not only travels, he knows how to "record" his observations and discoveries in the language of art. By conveying his vision to the canvas or paper plane, the author creates a unique world, his own special city - mysterious and paradoxical, beautiful, imperfect, eclectic, ironic…

The exhibition "City trip" is a journey, and an excursion, and a pilgrimage. In urban images created by artists, the viewer will be able to recognize their personal feelings, see new facets of the real world, find a reason to be surprised at its unexpected interpretation or philosophize about the metaphysics of urban space.

The exhibition features more than forty paintings and graphic works, as well as photo and video art.
