"Attic of Artists" invites to the exhibition of city landscapes of St. Petersburg artist Alexander Rusanov.
“It is important for me that Leningraders recognize me,” says artist Alexander Rusanov. Its charming and bright landscapes are in fact painted as if for “initiates”, for those who know or want to know every corner of St. Petersburg, who see the city “in their home clothes”. Spring Petrogradka, northern Art Nouveau and a direct look at the ceremonial views - “Matte City” by Rusanov, in contrast to the glossy city, does not catch the eye of a frivolous tourist. Such a Petersburg is opened only to an attentive and loving viewer. Often guests come to the “Attic” with the words: “Show us the real Leningrad” and leave with the paintings of Alexander in their hands.
For Alexander Rusanov, to love the city is to know him well. At the exhibition in the “Attic of Artists” the artist is ready to share this knowledge with us. On warm summer days, come to the gallery to get acquainted with the city, and then go for a walk around Petrogradka - be surprised at the newly opened houses and alleys.
The exhibition will be held from June 10 to July 9, 2018.
Free admission.
