The exhibition “Volodin’s time:“ It’s so restless in my soul… ”” is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of A. M. Volodin. For the Theater Library, it is important as a memory of the friendships that connected its staff and playwright. The sincere desire to once again recall Alexander Moiseevich, his life and work, became the basis of the exhibition. It presents the books of the playwright from the library, rare photographs of him and his friends, rehearsals of performances, movie posters. A special place is occupied by that part of the exhibition, which is dedicated to the filming of 1981 in the library, directed by Alexander Belinsky, Volodin’s short story “The Idealist”, which was part of the television film “Two Voices” (1982).
