The Children’s Center of the Museum of Moscow invites children from 7 to 14 years to spend spring break (April 2 to 6) for the benefit of the mind and soul and take a break from the frantic rhythm of the school year at the Spring Workshop “Children in the City. XX century. "
A spring workshop has been held for several years - this time we go on a journey through the twentieth century to find out what the childhood city of our moms and dads, grandparents was like.
The plans: a careful inspection and work at the grand exhibition "Old Apartment", dedicated to the XX century; excursions, investigations, discussions about the city and life, open airs, active (and not so) games, walks, meetings and talking with interesting people, watching good films, reading favorite books aloud, projects on exciting topics, small hooliganism and philosophical conversations over a cup tea. We’ll also play “imaginary games”, hear the music of the past, tell horror stories in a children’s attic and plunge headlong into the movies.
The participants will have to get acquainted with the art and culture of the 20th century, find out what the “Black Square” and the “Red Circle” have in common, who is behind the wheel of the New Moscow, whether two leaders will fall after the rain, who again got a deuce and why the collective farmer should become athletic.
The most important adventures will remain a secret until the workshop begins.
Recommended age: 7-14 years old
The program will be held on weekdays from April 2 to 6 from 10:00 to 19:00
The cost of a subscription for 5 days is 10,000 rubles.
Number of participants in the group: no more than 20 people.
Participation by appointment only by phone: +7 (968) 409-82-77.
