The "Structures" exposition will become the central exhibition in the outgoing year. Most of the author’s works were created by programming: according to a previously thought out idea of ​​the artist, robots spill paint on the canvas.

Tigran Malkhasyan subordinated a huge number of visual means to his specific creative needs and thus formed his own unique language of image processing. Tigran was born into the family of a St. Petersburg physicist, he himself received a technical education, but from the age of twelve he became interested in graphics, and later in painting. Collaborates with the largest galleries in Moscow and St. Petersburg. In particular, Tigran Malkhasyan created various interior elements on the territory of the Winzavod Center for Contemporary Art, for example: a door to an administrative building, the eye of which is the air intake of an aircraft turbine, a management desk with 1,500 nails driven into the tabletop, a bathroom (a huge deep-sea apparatus, or "barrel") and others.

The author brings a heightened perception of today’s world into his works, using petroleum products as paint pigments. He is convinced that: “a person should live in this century and work with the materials of the century. Only I don’t know how to paint with money, so oil remains! "

The unique images in Tigran’s works involve the viewer with their specificity and versatility. They open up to the public the possibility of a different perception of reality, thanks to which the artist became famous in Russia and abroad.
