Nika writes about the feelings and emotions of a person. And above all about the woman. Plunging into the world of its “forms”, we see how the artist surprisingly accurately focuses on what is often left unspoken — on the female soul, her instinctive nature, and deep inner feelings.
Working with traditional materials, Nika Grig deviates from classical painting in his art and experiments with techniques and textures. All canvases are different in color, but many have three primary colors: black, red and white. These are basic colors. By themselves, they already carry an emotional background, and are deeply symbolic.
In the center of the exposition, a man wrapped in a scarf, as a form, is, on the one hand, closed from the outside world, and on the other, hiding his inner spiritual world from others. Female images draped in various fabrics carry the emotional coloring of complex constructive feelings and experiences.
“I believe that in the inner world of a person, everyone experiences the same processes, but at different times, I find a response to my work in the hearts of people,” Nika says.
