The program of the Association "Exhibition Halls of Moscow", to celebrate Moscow City Day Automatic translate
On September 5 and 6, in the galleries of the Exhibition Halls of Moscow Association, a special network event “Open Doors Days” was held, combined with the celebration of the 868th anniversary of Moscow. Long and painstaking work on preparing for the holiday paid off: guests on this day were waiting for a diverse and vibrant program of events. The galleries of the Moscow Exhibition Halls Association were visited by over 2400 people in 2 days.
Workshops for children and adults, quests, local history excursions, performances, meetings with artists, film screenings and much more were waiting for Muscovites in the exhibition halls.
In the art center "Solntsevo" on holidays there was a real full house. More than 400 people came to the presentation of children’s studios, which could be recorded right at the event. The festive event covered all spaces - an exhibition hall, a theater, a foyer and a nearby square.
Already beloved tours were waiting for visitors to the Electromuseum and the gallery on the Shabolovka. Despite the rain, the curators of the Electromuseum watched the night sky in the Aqueduct park with their guests. In the courtyards of the Havsko-Shabolovskiy housing estate there was an excursion “Avant-garde around the tower”, and retro lovers were able to watch the fashion show in the style of the 60s.
In the gallery "HERE on Taganka" they taught an unusual confectionery art - they made a cake out of colored paper and scotch tape. A traditional flash mob with balloons was arranged on the site in front of the Belyaevo Gallery.
In the Nagornaya gallery, the Moscow Theater “Bird of Two Worlds” actors presented the project “Talking over a Cup of Tea” and a series of children’s performances as part of the “Change” campaign. The Izmailovo Gallery was taught to make floral arrangements. You could look at the blacksmith at work together with the curators in the 21st Century Gallery.
“I want to thank all the employees of the Exhibition Halls of Moscow Association for their active work on City Day. Despite the rainy weather, many visitors came to our galleries. We hope that Muscovites will be happy to come to us not only on holidays, but also on weekdays and will become our regular visitors, ”said Elizaveta Fokina, director of the Moscow Exhibition Halls Association.
