ONF launched a survey on the problems of young artists Automatic translate
The All-Russian Popular Front launched a survey devoted to the problems most often encountered by novice artists. It will last until February 25 and will cover more than 20 thousand artists who will answer questions using questionnaires. The ONF will send the results of the study to the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation for accounting when implementing the national project "Culture".
In recent years, artists have not been set worthy tasks, they are not in demand by society, so they lose their qualifications, leave the profession, experts say ONF. As a result, the level of fine art in Russia is declining.
Among the other problems that young artists face when graduating from high school are poor funding, lack of exhibition spaces, poor development of Russian art markets, a lack of art workshops, and difficulties getting into the grant program. All this forces young artists to leave for other countries.
“Does the Ministry of Culture, which is preparing a program of support for young artists, know about what proportion of aspiring artists remains in the profession a year or five after graduating from an art university? How is a person involved in creating projects to preserve and develop national identity? What are its needs, challenges and opportunities for unlocking potential? This is what we want to find out, ”said Ekaterina Borovskaya, member of the board of the Moscow branch of the Union of Artists of Russia, an expert at ONF.
The All-Russian Popular Front (ONF) is a social movement created in May 2011 at the initiative of Russian President Vladimir Putin, which brings together active and caring residents of the country. The leader of the movement is Vladimir Putin. The main tasks of the ONF are monitoring the implementation of decrees and instructions of the head of state, combating corruption and wastefulness, inefficient spending of public funds, improving the quality of life and protecting the rights of citizens.
