XXIV International Festival “LAND. THEATRE. CHILDREN ”in Yevpatoriya will be held from July 1 to July 7, 2019. The composition of the professional expert council will include directors, theater critics, teachers, professors and associate professors of the departments of theater direction, acting and art, stage speech, and plastic education of the leading theater universities in Russia. Their discussions will be reinforced by the work of the children’s jury.

July 1, on the opening day, spectators will see a spectacular theatrical procession of festival participants through the city streets and the official part, which will be held on the small Festival Square of Yevpatoriya; the exhibition of photo works “Theater backstage” in the “theHARASHO” gallery will start; on the main stage of the "Golden Key" will be a performance of the organizers of "The Tale of Fedot the Sagittarius. Part of the festival “LAND. THEATRE. CHILDREN ”traditionally will be master classes by professional actors, directors, theater critics and teachers of leading theater universities of the country (B. Schukin Theater Institute, VGIK named after S. A. Gerasimov, State Institute of Cinematography, OGIK, Russian State Institute of Performing Arts).

On July 7, on the closing day, a solemn rewarding of the festival participants will take place, and the names of Oleg Permyakov Prize winners in the field of theatrical art of I and II degrees will be known. Since 2004, the Prize has been awarded to theaters, directors and educators from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Poland, Bulgaria, Lithuania and Estonia. This year it will be awarded for the 16th time.

It took place from August 25 to September 1, during the coup, which led to the collapse of the USSR. The festival was saved in difficult times of perestroika and devastation; several times the holiday was held every two years.
