The State Palace of Congresses complex, created at the beginning of the 21st century on the basis of the Strelninsky (Konstantinovsky) palace and park ensemble - a monument of Russian architecture of the 18th century, is not only a state residence, but also a museum, cultural and exhibition center. It organizes excursions, exhibitions, festivals, conferences, concerts, master classes, implements numerous cultural and educational projects, the most important of which is “Konstantinovsky - for children”, which includes events designed for children and youth. These are concerts of children’s music schools in the ceremonial halls of the palace, meetings of schoolchildren and students with art masters, master classes, intellectual games, olympiads, contests, holidays, excursion quests.

Conditions for participation: everyone is invited to participate in the competition, up to and including 16 years of age: students in secondary schools, children’s art schools and art schools, children and youth institutions of additional education in the field of fine art. We accept original work independently performed by the participant, as well as collective work. The competition is free.

Materials and work technique: paper, cardboard, canvas, etc.; oil, watercolor, tempera, gouache, acrylic, mascara, pastel, pencil and other graphic materials; mixed media.

Requirements for the design of works: Drawings are accepted for the competition that correspond to the plan of the publication "Alphabet of the Konstantinovsky Palace" (see below).
