In desperation, he goes to a distant lake, where he lives and grows up all alone. The only bright moment in the joyless secluded life of the Ugly duckling is the swans, who, having flown from the warm edges, settle on the lake. The plot, so familiar from childhood, will be interesting to both children and adults.

In the new performance, the choreographer decided to take a bold step - this is a production with elements of classical ballet, for which young artists had to stand on pointe shoes. Another experiment by Anastasia Kovalevskaya is that stage speech appeared in the choreographic performance. All scenes are accompanied by classical music by famous composers: C. Pugni, R. Drigo, F.
