This exhibition is, in fact, a look at the museum’s assets and an illustration of high standards, as well as the diversity that the State Gallery can offer. Founded in 1986 by the Konrad Kolhammer Foundation, it specializes primarily in international graphics from the mid-twentieth century. Acquisition of Conrad Colhammer’s objects of American art contributed to the formation of the international status of the departments of engraving, drawings and photographs.
