KRASNOYARSK. Last Saturday, a unique project began to work in Krasnoyarsk, thanks to which city residents will be able to see the best theatrical work of the teams of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. "Theaters of Krasnoyarsk - the capital of the region" - this name was given to the theater festival by the organizers. On February 14, it was inaugurated in the city’s Palace of Culture.

At the opening of the festival program was attended by Olga Karlova - Deputy Mayor. In her greeting, she noted that the work of the project will allow fans of the theatrical art of Krasnoyarsk to see the performances with which the theaters of the region visited Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan. The festival program will make the cultural space of the city more diverse and saturated.

The first guests of the project were the artists of the Cannes Drama Theater. They showed two performances in Krasnoyarsk. One of them is intended for young theatergoers - the “Tale of Tsar Saltan” festival was opened. The second performance was shown in the evening. Adult audiences were presented with the melodrama "Nastya…", staged based on the play by A. Volodin. The same performances were shown the next day, only the stage was new - on Sunday, spectators were invited to the right-bank recreation center.

As part of the project, tours are planned in Krasnoyarsk eight more regional theaters. Tatyana Veselina, representing the Ministry of Culture of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, said that the Minusinsk Drama Theater was of particular interest to her. This team actively collaborates with the Theater of Nations, has awards of international competitions.

Such an event as acquaintance with regional theaters takes place in Krasnoyarsk for the first time. Therefore, each team will show their work several times - in the left-bank and right-bank culture houses of the city.
