VLADIMIR. On the stage of the Vladimir Drama on September 16, the festival "At the Golden Gate" began its work for the third time. Indeed, the Vladimir Theater is located next to one of the most ancient architectural monuments of Vladimir, hence the name of the All-Russian festival appeared.

Artists representing 18 theaters from all over the country came to Vladimir. The jury and the performance "The Fate of Electra", which opened the festival program, will not be evaluated. Together with the RAMT actors who presented their work to the theatergoers of Vladimir, Alexey Borodin, the artistic director of the theater, also arrived.

At a press conference held in Vladimir drama on the opening day of the forum, Borodin shared his impressions of a two-week tour in Spain. The scenery “Electra” will go on a new journey directly from Vladimir - RAMT artists will take part in the international festival in Seoul.

When asked by the media about which of the performances should be watched, the program director of the festival, theater critic Olga Senatorova, replied that performances that had already received high awards at festivals of various levels were brought to Vladimir. It is difficult to single out one of the theatrical works.

A cycle of lectures is provided for the participants of the festival. They will be held in the old building of the VlSU, located opposite the theater. The competition program will begin on September 17 with a show of theater performances from Kemerovo and the capital’s Vedogony Theater.
