MOSCOW. The premiere performances staged by the outstanding Georgian director Robert Sturua based on Shakespeare’s comedy of errors took place at the Et cetera Metropolitan Theater. A real mess begins on the stage - no one understands whose relative he is, he later takes the arrived twin for his husband, the servant is completely at a loss, as his master gives him contradictory orders every half hour.

Having come to the city for the first time, Antifolos constantly answers someone’s greetings, he is asked about something, sometimes they even give money. As a result, whirling in a whirlpool of events incomprehensible to him, he, together with his servant, is going to urgently leave this crazy city. Of course, in the end, all problems are resolved, everything falls into place.

Creating plays with the participation of the twins, Shakespeare gave both roles to one actor.
