The performance staged by director Gleb Volodin tells of the destruction of the world, where for many years people lived according to centuries-old traditions, which were suddenly broken.

The tradition of the Comedians Theater is not changing. They successfully retain in their repertoire the intonations characteristic of the Russian psychological theater. This is helped by the actors masterfully playing on the stage, allowing the director to accurately realize his artistic intent, as well as the atmosphere of a small theater hall.

The first premiere of the new season will be the performance “Compromise” staged by Gleb Volodin based on the work of Sergei Dovlatov. An important performance for the theater is being prepared for the stage, so far having only a working title - "Countrymen". This will be the embodiment on the theater stage of the stories of Vasily Shukshin.
