BRYANSK. Regional Art Exhibition Center by the opening of the exhibition “Eugene Voskoboinikov. Painting ”honored the memory of the Bryansk artist E. N. Voskoboinikova. The painter always showed interest in people of creative professions, often painted their portraits, which are distinguished by the accuracy of the psychological images of the heroes of his paintings. Among the master’s works, a special place is occupied by a series of works devoted to Pushkin and Tyutchev.

Another favorite genre of Yevgeny Voskoboinikov’s work was landscape. Most of his landscapes were painted from nature. In many landscape works of the painter, you can see architectural monuments. No less interest in the audience has always been caused by still lifes, characterized by an interesting texture and expressive color palette.

The exhibition of Yevgeny Voskoboinikov’s creativity, which opened on April 3 at the MFC, continued the tradition according to which the honored artist of the Russian Federation held his personal exhibitions in Bryansk every five years. This year the exhibition opened without an author. Evgeny Voskoboinikov died in 2017.

Relatives and friends who came to the opening of the exhibition remembered their talented friend who managed to fulfill his childhood place - to become a real artist. Many kind words sounded to him.
