Znatkov is known not only as an artist with great talent as a painter, but also as an excellent teacher, who became one of the founders of the art school in Voronezh. With its help, several generations of children learned to see the world with the artist’s special vision, embodying what they saw on canvas and paper.

At the opening exhibition, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Vyacheslav Znatkov, in the same room with the artist’s work, a place was found for the work of his students. Visitors to the museum will have the opportunity to see paintings created by the artists of the Lotus Association and the children studying in the children’s art studio working at school 94. All novice artists are students of Vyacheslav Znatkov.

Logos Studio was created in 1998 at the Voronezh State University for all students interested in art. Over the past years, the studio has turned into a creative association in which artists rallied together by a common outlook on art. Many of them have already become members of the Union of Artists of the Russian Federation.

Over the years, Vyacheslav Znatkov created a large number of thematic paintings, in which the author turned to the history of our country. For his works, telling about the labor and sports exploits of youth, dynamic composition and expression is characteristic. At the same time, Vyacheslav Znatkov paints landscapes and still lifes that attract a subtle sense of color. The artist also turns to the creation of psychological portraits that reveal the inner world of their heroes.
