The center "Petersburg artist" presents paintings by Oleg Tenyaev Automatic translate
ST. PETERSBURG. In the museum center "Petersburg Artist" awaits visitors a new personal exhibition of St. Petersburg artist Oleg Tenyaev. Only during this year Oleg Tenyaev presents his works for the third time. He exhibited in the Museum of I. Brodsky and in the House of Scientists of St. Petersburg. Each exhibition enjoyed the attention of connoisseurs of painting and the press.
The opening exhibition provided visitors with the opportunity to see more than one hundred works by the painter, among which are works well known to fans of his work, as well as recently written works, just before the opening of the exhibition. All new works are written in the open air - without work in nature Tenyaev, whose work is mostly devoted to landscapes, does not represent his life.
The exhibition displays the famous painting "Fishermen", its plot echoes the classic canvas V. Perov "Hunters on a halt" favorably accepted by connoisseurs of painting. Visitors to the exhibition will also be able to see one of the written versions of the well-known painting “Seller of Watermelons”, in which the artist was able to turn the usual story from urban life into a theater scene.
A lot of paintings dedicated to St. Petersburg, their stories echo each other, but no matter what corner of the city would be depicted in the picture, the main character is always nature. Everything else serves as a complement.
Oleg Tenyaev is looking for stories for his paintings not only in his native city. Annual trips to the unique places of Crimea and the Adriatic coast allow the painter paintings with seascapes, views of coastal settlements. These paintings are also an important part of the artist. The exhibition runs until July 10th, so everyone will be able to see it.
