Finding, discovery, inspiration, and, as a result, is the solution of a difficult task. Insight is always a joy. This condition is so strong that in psychology it bears its own name, "insight" - "inner light."

Personally, I have always been most desperately impressed by artists who do not stop for a second in their search, drawing ideas and inspiration from the most unexpected layers of human knowledge and experience.

Looking at his amazing “Dante’s Ways”, assemblies dedicated to Braque and Picasso, the “Kandy Tree” cycle and others, no less unique in inspiration and own artistic understanding, works, on endless youth, creative excitement in his view of the world, his search and self-knowledge realized in the work, I have no doubt that Insight as an artistic method will be in demand, will find its followers and admirers.

The vernissage was attended by many honored guests and friends of the Artist. President of the Academy of Russian Literature Yuri Belyaev, artist Boris Epifanov, artist Evgeny Netro, artist Marina Leizgold, famous art critic Alexander Shklyaruk, poet Andrei Nevsky.

Their performances with sincere, warm, emotional congratulations to Leonid Theodore revealed the versatility of the artist’s personality and talents from the most diverse and most flattering points of view of other artists of various genres.

At the end of the solemn part, the President of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia Konstantin Vasilyevich Khudyakov awarded the hero of the day with the TSHR gold medal “For Contribution to Art”.

Without a doubt, one of our most original and brightest artists and artists, Leonid Theodore deserved this honorable award rightfully.
