Here we see a head presented as an assemblage of sharp, intersecting forms. The face is reduced to essential shapes: two circular eyes are positioned within a dark triangular area that serves as the brow and upper portion of the nose. A long, pointed shape suggests a stylized beak or chin, extending downwards from this central structure. The mouth is absent, contributing to a sense of detachment and emotional ambiguity.
Above the head floats a large, purple form, possibly representing a hat or headdress. It appears disconnected from the figure below, further emphasizing the fractured nature of the representation. A green plane descends from the upper portion of the head, partially obscuring the face and adding to the sense of visual complexity. The neck is suggested by a narrow yellow band, which transitions into a simplified torso delineated with geometric shapes.
The background is rendered in a hazy gray, providing little depth or context. A horizontal red stripe at the base of the composition serves as an abrupt termination point, creating a feeling of confinement and flatness.
Subtly, the work conveys a sense of psychological distance. The absence of a mouth, coupled with the fragmented form, suggests a suppression of expression and perhaps even a degree of alienation. The geometric simplification could be interpreted as a means of dissecting identity, reducing the subject to essential components while simultaneously stripping away her individuality. The disjointedness of the elements hints at an internal conflict or a fractured sense of self. While the colors are relatively restrained, their juxtaposition creates visual tension and contributes to the overall feeling of unease.
