Flanking the Virgin are several figures arranged in asymmetrical groups. To her left, a group of individuals appears to be engaged in some form of ritual or presentation. A man in a dark habit gestures towards the central figure, while others look on with expressions ranging from reverence to curiosity. The inclusion of a partially nude male figure within this grouping introduces an element of vulnerability and perhaps alludes to themes of sacrifice or redemption.
On the right side, another group is assembled around what appears to be a book held by a man in clerical garb. A second partially nude male figure stands nearby, his pose suggesting both strength and contemplation. The arrangement on this side feels more formal and structured compared to the dynamic interaction occurring on the left.
