Напоминает тверской бульвар
Сколько грусти...
без огней круче вечного покоя
Есть версия, что это бульвар – Гоголевский ("левый берег" значительно выше).
Очень красивая картина. Левитан – мастер своего дела.
Как глубока ночь

Along the path, benches are visible, dusted with snow, appearing empty and awaiting visitors who have likely sought shelter from the cold. A few distant lights suggest buildings or more streetlamps further down the boulevard, adding depth to the perspective.
The most striking elements are the human figures. Two people, cloaked in dark clothing, are walking away from the viewer, their figures blending into the shadows. Further in the distance, another solitary figure is barely visible, also moving away. These figures evoke a sense of isolation and introspection. The overall mood is one of quiet desolation and melancholy, characteristic of winter landscapes in art.
The paintings subtext can be interpreted in several ways. The bare trees and snow create a visual metaphor for dormancy, the end of a cycle, and perhaps a spiritual or emotional chill. The darkness and the solitary figures might suggest themes of loneliness, introspection, or a quiet journey through hardship. The faint lights offer a glimmer of hope or warmth in the otherwise cold and dark environment, suggesting resilience or the pervasive presence of life even in desolate conditions. The title and date place it within a specific historical context, potentially reflecting the societal mood or the artists personal experiences during that time.
