The work of Yuri Pantsyrev is diverse in its genre orientation: landscape, portrait, still life, historical and genre painting, interior. With powerful confident strokes, rich colors, a heart filled with love for this life, the artist creates a unique, picturesque world. His poetic Volga landscapes are widely known, distinguished by the special plasticity of the author’s vision. Masterfully executed still lifes are full of grace, refinement of the coloristic decision. Nevertheless, the business card of Yuri Pantsyrev is flowers and portraits. His still lifes seem to radiate the aroma of peonies, roses, bird cherry.
The participant of more than 80 large (foreign, all-Union, all-Russian, zonal, personal) exhibitions. Repeatedly awarded with diplomas and certificates of honor of the Ministry of Culture and the Union of Artists of Russia. In 1986 he was awarded the medal "For Labor Valor".

Meeting with the art of Yuri Pantsyrev is always a celebration. Purposefulness and skill, the ability to speak with dignity about simple human manifestations, and therefore about the eternal, is what forms the basis of the creativity of Yu. N. Pantsyrev. An exhibition at the Sergey Andriyaka School of Watercolors, opening up new facets of the Master’s talent, is the best confirmation of this.
