Artists exhibited at a charity art auction and raised 289 thousand rubles. in favor of the Life Line fund for saving seriously ill children. The art auction took place on September 9 as part of a charity golf tournament organized by the Burger King restaurant chain and GORKI Golf Club in the Leningrad Region. The works of seven contemporary artists were put up for auction - Nadezhda Anfalova, Arseny Blinov, Vyacheslav Nesterov, Sofia Miroedova, Alexander Roshchin, Anna Krasnaya and Yulia Shidlovskaya.

The artists provided their work at an art auction for free. The proceeds will be fully directed to targeted assistance to children whose lives are in danger. In total, the partners of the charity golf tournament raised 2.5 million rubles in favor of the Life Line fund.

The participants of the charity tournament and art auction were met by Dmitry Medovy, the Burger King network general director, Faina Zakharova, president of the Life Line charity fund, and Ekaterina Senina, general director of the GORKI golf club. The Life Line Charitable Foundation provides targeted assistance to children under 18 years of age whose lives are at risk due to dangerous diseases. The fund pays for high-tech operations and the purchase of special expensive medical instruments. During its work, the Life Line Foundation helped bring back more than 9340 seriously ill children throughout Russia to a healthy, full life. 100% of funds received in the "Life Line" are used to treat children.
