“MARRY FIGARO” by Pierre-Augustin Beaumarchais “Crazy Day, or the Marriage of Figaro”
One of the most stylish interpretations of the immortal comedy. Laconic modern scenery-transformers; tempting and mysterious light scores from one of the best lighting artists in Russia; costumes created based on the collection of one of the most famous and shocking contemporary designers Alexander McQueen - all this is perfectly illustrated by the frenzy of the day that the characters of the play have to go through. The absence of signs of the Renaissance is a hint of the eternal relevance of the immortal creation of Beaumarchais. Within one crazy day, Figaro, a cunning and witty wit, will be forced to fend off the attacks that encroached on his happiness, find himself in the dock, believe in the "betrayal" of his future wife, but he will not lose either liveliness or faith in love.

History is more than modern. Despite the fact that both Flaubert and his publishers were acquitted, the scandal (the best advertisement in the opinion of ordinary people) made the novel about the love torment of the beautiful Emma Bovary cult. It is believed that Flaubert used in the novel a real story that happened in the family of his friend. Least of all in the play by Andrii Zholdak is sitting today in the auditorium looking for a theatrical retelling of the plot. "Madame Bovary" Zholdak - is theatrical poetry. Victor Rozov
Misha will marry Nyura. Almost everything is ready for tomorrow’s wedding - guests are invited, a festive table is being prepared… But how much stronger is this love “for the rest of my life” than the first, passionate one that still sits in my heart?.. Victor Rozov’s play “On the Wedding Day” written in 1963. Half a century later, this love story sounds no less relevant. Concepts such as friendship, betrayal, love, betrayal, honor and dignity excite no matter how the wheel of history rotates. At some point, each person faces many questions that are difficult to answer unambiguously, dividing into “white” and “black”.
