Stepan Lipgart was born in 1984 in Moscow, graduated from the Moscow Architectural Institute. Participant of exhibitions ArhMoskva 2011, 2014, 2015, Architecture 2014, art exhibitions in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Member of the Board of the Union of Moscow Architects, member of the Russian Art Union. Twice winner of the Archiwood Award, winner of the Archipeople Award. In 2016, he organized the Liphart Architects architectural studio.
