The exhibition "Old Pharmacy" was prepared on the basis of the collection of the Museum of Moscow and the personal collection of collector Sergei Ozerinin. In the halls of the exhibition are presented more than 850 exhibits - old pharmacy glassware and tools of pharmacists, various bottles, devices for preparing, mixing and packaging drugs of various forms, powder boxes. Here you can see the clothes of pharmacists from the beginning of the 20th century, see photos of how the interiors of pre-revolutionary and Soviet pharmacies looked, look at old signatures, labels on medicine prepared in a pharmacy in copies of a prescription, or read books on pharmaceuticals of the century before last. A significant place at the exhibition is given to the history of the Soviet pharmacy, since in 2018 one hundred years of the nationalization of all pharmacies in Russia will be celebrated. The general illustrative and documentary series of the exhibition tells the history of pharmacies from the European Middle Ages to the USSR of the 70s of the XX century.
