The exhibition was organized by the Moscow Encyclopedia Foundation, as part of the #REVER project, together with the Library-Reading Room. I. S. Turgenev, with the support of the Eurasian Art Union, the World Foundation for the Arts and the Creative Union "TETRA-ART" (TSHR).

Participants of the exhibition “DREAMS OF THE THEATER” invite spectators to a bright and fascinating walk along the theatrical stages.

Human destinies and stories freeze in photographs, inviting the viewer to think about what will happen in the next second, in what ingenious way the plot unfolds. And now the viewer decides the fate of the frozen heroes, by the power of his imagination giving them new chances and opportunities.

This exhibition is like a vivid childhood dream full of colors, feelings, emotions, miracles and joy, a Dream in which theater and street actors mixed, stiff spectators and funny onlookers, serious works, dance and comedy.

And all together - this is a foretaste of the holiday from a meeting with theatrical action, a beautiful waking dream, in which each of us finds his own, special meaning, look, sigh, turn of the head!
