Alla Vladimirovna was born in the village of Konstantinovsky Tutaevsky district of the Yaroslavl region on April 28, 1979. From early childhood, she showed artistic abilities, which led her at the beginning to an art school in the city of Tutaev, then to the Yaroslavl Art School, where she studied with the excellent teacher-artists V. M. Serebryakova, E. V. Smagina, V. A Nazarenko. She graduated from the school in 2001 with honors; since that time, art has become not only her hobby, but also a profession. Alla Vladimirovna is engaged in easel painting and graphics, a member of the Union of Artists of Russia (painting section). Since 1997, she lives and works in Yaroslavl.
Alla Vladimirovna - a regular participant in city, regional, regional, national and international exhibitions; She has already held 32 solo exhibitions. Her works are in the collection of the Yaroslavl Art Museum, in the collection of the State Literary and Memorial Museum-Reserve of N. A. Nekrasov "Karabikha", the Moscow Museum of Folk Graphics, the Danilov Art Gallery, private collections in Russia and abroad. She combines creativity, participation in numerous exhibitions with pedagogical activities, teaches at the school of painting for adults and children.
The exhibition’s exposition includes about 80 works of painting and graphics, which give a fairly complete picture of the artist’s work in recent years. She successfully works in different genres, creating portraits, landscapes, still lifes, genre compositions, both in painting and in graphics. In her works are embodied the views of Yaroslavl, rural motifs, as well as landscapes of St. Petersburg based on the works of A. S. Pushkin, and the estate of N. A. Nekrasov “Karabikha”. Alla Vladimirovna also turns to the portrait, her favorite models are children. And like any woman, she loves flowers, so still lifes, especially floral ones, occupy one of the prominent places in her work. Despite the variety of techniques - oil, watercolor, gouache, sauce (art material for drawing) - all of her works are picturesque, which is manifested in the colorful, coloristic richness of the color scheme, soft tones and transitions. The subtlety and accuracy of color vision is the artist’s special talent - to see and depict the world in all its color diversity.
The exhibition of paintings and drawings by A.V. Khvastunova will be interesting for visitors of any age.
The exhibition will run from October 28 to November 27, 2016 at the premises of the Information and Educational and Exhibition Center of the KIIA (103 Lenin St.).
