Nurmukhametov Raul Valeevich - Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan. Born in 1922 in the city of Troitsk, Chelyabinsk region. He graduated from the Kazan art school. He was an active participant in public and creative life of the Union of Artists of the TASSR.

In his works, Nurmukhametov R.V. captured the characteristic episodes of the labor, everyday and festive life of Tatarstan and neighboring regions.
