The meditation exhibition “The Invisible Thread” introduces the works of the legendary mystic, master of Kunt Yoga, the artist Vadim Chernykh (John).
Mankind knows many symbolic systems, in interaction with which, - realizing and visualizing the symbols, identifying them with oneself, experiencing them, - a person changes his consciousness, and with it the state, quality of his life.
One of these systems is Kunta Yoga, yoga of magic symbols and mantras. Meditation on a symbol restores order in the meditator himself, in his mind and body. Meditation gives us not only an experience of clarity of consciousness, but also a sense of sensory perception of being: it reveals the ability to hear, not just listen, notice, and not just watch, react intuitively, and not automatically.
Pictures, images and symbols created by John often become the magic keys to the meditator’s subconscious, the keys to the universe, opening up the world of the Present to him.
John says that every picture for him is like a maze. Which every time you need to go - like the first: - You are approaching the center of the maze when you move away from it. Because, in the end, you come to him tangentially. And so I go through any picture: through a maze. My consciousness undergoes all those transformations, all that movement, both emotional and psychological… and each time it is the same, but different.
Of course, everyone has their own path in the Looking Glass - their discoveries in it and their adventures. But all of them are connected by an invisible thread: perhaps the very thread of Ariadne, which helped Theseus to get out of the maze. The same invisible thread that can show the way to everyone who will be ready to go.
