Exhibition of Leonid Afremov Automatic translate

In November 2015, Moscow will host the 2nd small exhibition of paintings by modern impressionist Leonid Afremov. The organizer of the event is the Internet gallery ART Truth, which is the official representative and exclusive seller of the artist’s paintings in Russia and the near abroad. The exhibition will feature both original copies of Afremov’s paintings and original copyright copies (written by himself).

Leonid Afremov is a modern artist - impressionist, thanks to the Internet he is well known both in Russia and around the world. The recognizable style developed by the author does not leave anyone indifferent - they either love him or criticize his style. Its subjects are always distinguished by a firework of emotions, bright colors, large strokes. In addition, for his letter, Leonid chose a not quite classic tool instead of a brush - a special knife for mixing paint with a palette knife.

Afremov today is without a doubt the most copied artist of our time, all art studios learn to draw in the style of Afremov, Chinese manufacturers stamp their products with images of his paintings without interruption, Internet users create online galleries and disseminate information about the artist themselves. Demand for his paintings is unusually high, especially since the Afremov family is trying to provide customers with goods for every taste and budget - from expensive originals to posters and postcards.

Born in Vitebsk (Belarus), Leonid Afremov emigrated to Israel in the Soviet years, then to the United States, and in recent years he lives and works with his whole family in Mexico. The sons of Leonid organized an online business selling paintings and are actively using modern tools for online promotion of his father’s work, which is why Afremov’s work became so well known.

Afremov’s exhibitions are quite rare. The first exhibition in Russia was held only last year in St. Petersburg thanks to the artist’s collaboration with the Internet gallery ART Truth, which is now its official representation in Russia and other countries of the former USSR. The exhibition that is now being opened in Moscow in Russia is already the 4th, except for the capitals, only Tambov has seen the paintings of Afremov.
