The exhibition-competition is held with the aim of preserving and developing traditional and modern arts and crafts; patriotic education, the formation of the aesthetic taste of the younger generation and interest in artistic creativity; identification of gifted young authors in the field of arts and crafts; giving public importance to the activities of art associations, studios and circles of arts and crafts; work to improve the professional skills of teachers in the Kaluga region.
