On October 10 at 2:00 pm, the Kaluga Museum of Fine Arts (103 Lenin St.) will host the opening of an exhibition from the collection of the Tula Museum of Fine Arts, dedicated to the 225th anniversary of the birth of A.S. Pushkin.

Many Soviet artists turned to the works of the great Russian poet A. S. Pushkin, illustrating his works or creating paintings and sculptures based on his works. The Tula Museum of Fine Arts presents an exhibition of famous Russian illustrators of the poet’s works V. M. Gilbert, V. A. Favorsky, K. I. Rudakov, Yu. V. Vorogushin, E. I. Konkov and artists who dedicated their works to the poet’s memory A. I. Terebenev, E. E. Moiseenko, P. A. Kosushko, L. V. Varlamova.
