The exhibitors - leading Russian puppeteers, members of the art doll section of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia (TSHR) and the Creative Association DollArt.ru - create works of high art. At the same time, work on dolls allows artists to come up with new images, experimenting and changing their view of familiar things.

The exhibition will feature more than 60 contemporary art dolls of various materials and manufacturing techniques. Separate works of famous artists are presented along with phantasmagoric installations from the sensational projects “Ship of Fools +” and “On the Edge”. An integral part of the exhibition is the display of author’s cartoons by Vladimir Gvozdev and films about dolls, as well as wide-format art photographs of Andrei Losev, thanks to which you can look into the workshop of the art doll, which opens the backstage of the author’s work, as well as a photo editing by Tatyana Svirtsova and Alexandra Khudyakova, representing the life of the doll in the looking glass.
