CIT “Factory” presents an exhibition of the artist Alexander Kornoukhov, winner of the prize of the international mosaic competition in Ravenna (Italy) and the State Prize of the Russian Federation for achievements in the field of art.

The “Exhibition-Interval” project sends the viewer to the moment of the birth of the artistic image, and a special set design is devoted to the unique and at the same time universal experience of the artist experiencing the creative length in the interval of which a work of art is created.

The curator of the project, Vitaly Patsyukov, notes that the author sees the task of the Project as showing the viewer how the process works - from the first drafts to the result. In the factory hall "Olivier" Alexander Kornoukhov shows the world of creative ideas, presenting objects that create at the same time a temple, a workshop and a scientific laboratory.

The composition of the exhibition sets certain conditions that allow us to see the transformed production environment of the Factory more contextually complex and extensive. The production nature of the premises is overcome, the space, which was exclusively functional, becomes that architecture in which a completely new content can be realized.

The project is accompanied by video recordings and an educational program.
