The Vottoproject project was initiated by Andrey Kulikov - a photographer, traveler, member of the Russian Geographical Society. The goal of the project is not just to popularize Vottovaara, to show its beauty, to draw attention to it: it is a whole community of people who raise serious environmental and historical issues.
